Returns, Repairs and Refunds


This Returns, Repairs and Refunds Policy only applies to purchases made via Viking Tables only.

Viking Tables recommends you read this Returns, Repairs and Refunds Policy prior to making a purchase through Viking Tables Online so you are familiar with our policy on returns, repairs, and refunds.

A Change of Mind

When making a purchase, be sure to choose carefully as refunds for incorrectly choosing a product are not refunded. Be sure to make use of the images of the product to be sure you have correctly selected your item before proceeding to check out.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are also worth referring to.


Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact Viking Tables as soon as possible but no longer than 7 days after the delivery has taken place.

Where Goods are already damaged on delivery, Viking Tables requires photographic evidence of the damage to be e-mailed to contact@vikingtables.com.au before authorising return of the Goods.

Viking Tables will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to our warehouse and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or a refund of the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.


Refunds

Refunds will be made by Viking Tables via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within fourteen (14) days.


Delivery Charges

Where Viking Tables the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to our warehouse will be at Viking Tables’ expense.


Returns and Repairs

You may also contact and attend Viking Tables where you collected your goods, and a staff member will assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.

Goods must be returned within a reasonable time. This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you purchased and the price you paid.

In circumstances whereby you receive goods, either delivered or picked up, and some or all of the goods are defective whereby the structural integrity for use is unaffected, Viking Tables retains the right to repair or replace the affected item/s either from current stock on hand or stock due to arrive within 30 days.

In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
